What’s up is SUP

Next Level fitness’ SUP workout is the most fun you will have while working out. We are featured in Maria Howard’s “What’s up is SUP” article in the Richmond Times Dispatch on August 6, 2017. The fun element is off the charts and takes working out to the next level since it requires so much core, strength, balance and cardio work.

You don’t need prior experience with a stand up paddle board to attend these workouts. We will get you up and paddling away quickly. The boards are relatively stable making it easy to stand up on them. Things become more interesting as we start adding different exercises that will challenge your balance and core strength.
