Maria Howard from Richmond Times-Dispatch wrote an article in the Richmond Times Dispatch June 3, 2012, featuring our workout where we used Tabata interval training. “The Tabata method of training requires short spurts of high-intensity exercise for optimum calorie burn. This will provide better results than maintaining a steady, moderate intensity over a longer period of time.”
