Which running shoe is right for you?

Do you wear the right shoe to exercise?

Do you know what this means: pronate, supinate, cushioning, neutral, support, etc?  How do you know which shoe is right for you?  The best way to find out is to get fitted for a pair of shoes. If you are looking for shoes to use at NLF workouts, it’s best to go with running shoes (as opposed to cross trainers.)  Stop by the Road Runner Running Store in Carytown and tell them you would like to get fitted.  The store is runner owned and operated. They are not just going to try to sell you any shoe.  These guys are knowledgeable and will be able to help you. Their prices are comparable to other prices around town.  Once you know which shoe is right for you then you can shop around and try to find it cheaper.
