Chris Crabbe

I’m originally from Northern Virginia, and moved to Richmond in 2000 after graduating from college. I attended Mary Washington College where I played baseball for the Eagles which is one of the top Division III programs in the country.

If was during my time as a Collegiate athlete where I began to understand the value of core strength and cardio conditioning.  My focus as a college athlete was on speed and agility. Soon it became apparent to me that a strong core was crucial to improve all athletic movements allowing individuals to be at their best and compete at the highest level.  As an avid golfer, I know without a doubt that a strong core plays a huge role in my game and should be included in everybody’s training whether you play a sport or just want to get in shape.  I can’t imagine life without exercising.  Fitness provides the body with increased stamina to get me through the day and allows the mind to stay focused and alert for longer periods of time.

I have five years of outdoor fitness experience and I currently coach youth baseball in Glen Allen. My passion is helping others improve their health and fitness.
