We like to keep the workouts exciting by frequently introducing new exercises that will challenge you. We incorporate protocols such as the Tabata method, HIIT, and metabolic training, all of which will improve your cardio respiratory system, promote overall muscle strength, power, and endurance and will keep you burning calories even after the workout is complete. If you are looking for a workout that will help you lose weight, these methods along with a healthy diet will help you achieve your goal. We integrate the use of resistance bands, med balls and other fun and efficient equipment. Workouts are planned to balance the body by working opposing muscles, avoid repetitive motions and overuse.
