I know my level has improved from my first day. I've dropped two belt loops and need to buy new ones. There's a lot more definition in my stomach/abs region, my arms are more toned, and even my neighbors have commented on my weight loss. Bryce N.

I will tell you this…I thoroughly enjoyed the boot camp classes. I have been sharing my experiences with co-workers and members of my alumni associations. I’ve done other boot camps since returning back to Richmond and they were all military style and didn’t offer a variety of workouts. But the program that you have put together at Next Level Fitness is quite different…and refreshing might I add. Katrina C.
